Tired of the gym? Bored with a repetitive exercise regime? O2 Kickboxing puts the fun back into fitness and offers a judgement free workout. We use the” Personal Best” method, always reminding you that the toughest person you are ever going to meet is yourself.
What does class look like? We start off with a bunch of super fun exercises like lunges, jumping jacks, push-ups and core work. Once we’re warm, we stretch out our muscles to prevent injury, to help you feel great and to do our kickboxing moves like a pro. Once we’re warm and stretched, it’s time for some bag work. Strap on those gloves (don’t have any … that’s ok, we can lend you some) and now it’s time to sweat. You can practically see the calories burning. Sometimes we do some partner work, which just ups the fun. So, you’re full of sweat, and your heart has been beating throughout class, now it’s time to cool down. We do some more stretching, some yoga breathing and send you on your way, feeling fantastic!
