We understand that every family’s schedule is different — but every child deserves the opportunity to grow in confidence, focus, and strength through karate. That’s why we offer two program options designed to support both tradition and modern family life.

This is our traditional training format and the foundation of our karate program.
For many years, training twice per week was the only option offered because it provides the ideal structure for growth and development. Consistency is key in martial arts — and this program delivers it.
Benefits Include:
✔️ Stronger skill retention and faster progression
✔️ Improved focus and discipline through regular practice
✔️ Increased physical fitness and endurance
✔️ Greater confidence from consistent achievement
✔️ Deeper understanding of techniques and values
Students who attend twice weekly build momentum. The regular rhythm of training helps skills “stick,” boosts fitness levels, and reinforces positive habits both on and off the mat.

We recognize that today’s families are busier than ever. Between school, activities, and family commitments, adding multiple weekday classes isn’t always possible.
That’s why we created our Saturday One-Hour Program.
This option provides focused, high-quality training in a single extended class each week. While twice-per-week training remains ideal, we firmly believe that one day is better than no day.
Benefits Include:
✔️ Flexible scheduling for busy families
✔️ Focused skill-building in a longer class format
✔️ Opportunity to stay active and engaged
✔️ Continued development of confidence and discipline
The Saturday, one-hour class makes karate accessible for all children, even ones with busy schedules.
Karate is about progress, not perfection. Whether your child trains once or twice per week, they will build resilience, respect, and strength in a supportive environment.
We are committed to meeting families where they are — while still upholding the traditions and standards that make martial arts such a powerful tool for growth
