Self-defence is a key component of the Johanis’ Karate School system. Our SAFE (Simple Assertive Fast Effective) approach to Self Defence and our CARE program (Children Act Responsibly Everywhere) are standardized programs in our curriculum and are key components of the Johanis’ Karate School system.

Johanis’ Karate School has programs for ages three to 83, including Little Ninjas (ages 3-4), Kinder Karate (ages 5-6), Junior Karate (ages 7-12) and Teen Karate (ages 13 and up).
We offer adult classes, Tai Chi and much more. Ask about one of our popular camps or host your child’s birthday party with us.
